Station Commander of the Week – SFC Gilke

SFC Gilke

SFC Gilke recently attended the Army’s Senior Leadership Course located in Ft Jackson, SC from 4-21 January 2011. SFC Gilke excelled in his studies and graduated in the top 10% of his class with a 96% GPA during the course. SFC Gilke while attending the course volunteered to assist disabled Veterans at the Wm Jennings Bryan Dorn VAMC during the weekend of  15-16 January 2011. SFC Gilke helped provide quality entertainment through a variety of services which included Karaoke singing, playing cards, assisting in bingo and providing conversation with our heroes from past wars. SFC Gilke expanded upon his already strong leadership skills and returned back from Ft Jackson as a proud “Army Strong” Soldier that is truly dedicated to all his comrades in arms both past and present.
