Station Commander of the Week – SSG Slough

SSG Slough contribution as part of the “War Hawk” Company has been incredible.  As leader of his team, he has executed decisive operations to their full potential.  In the past three weeks the Center conducted 11 Seniors at their home with the influencer resulting in 3 Senior enlistments with an additional two commitments that will carry forward to Phase Line January. His Center completed the quarter last week with 8 Senior enlistments exceeding his mission requirements by 2.  As a follow-up from his shaping operations at Lebanon SHS, over the last few weeks school administrators contacted SSG Slough to conduct classroom presentations to all current high school seniors over a 4 day period during their Senior English Class (ROI: 5 Sr. AMs and 1 Tested SA who will floor next week).  As the only Center with the Students Taking Active Roles (S.T.A.R) after school program at Steelton High School, his program has now grown to 12 students and over the last few weeks they have been preparing the students to execute the Color Guard for the Hershey Bears. In the Prior Service Market, to close the quarter last week SSG Slough’s team wrote 2 Prior Service contracts for a mission of 1; both contracts were a direct result of his decisive operations via his prior service blitz’s with the 79Vs and community involvement.
